SUPPLY OF GOODS

Samples of the works of the photographers shown on this site are available for viewing at the Gallery. Images on this site are as true to the actual printed image as can reasonably be expected and it is recommended that buyers study in detail on screen any they may wish to purchase.

Should the buyer wish to discuss or obtain advice about an image or framing thereof, we are always willing to discuss requirements and make recommendations by telephone or e-mail.

PRICES

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT.

All items for sale on this site are produced to order by the photographer concerned, or, in the case of Old Richmond and Twickenham, by the supplier. The customer’s credit card will therefore be charged for the goods and delivery on receipt of the order. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail and the credit card slip enclosed with the items supplied together with a VAT invoice.

DELIVERY

Packaging and delivery charges are as stated elsewhere on this website.

Every effort will be made for orders to be despatched within seven working days and deliveries will have to be signed for by the recipient.

FAULTS

All photographs are inspected before despatch and great care is taken when packaging so that they are received in pristine condition, but great care must also be taken by the purchaser when unwrapping them. In the unlikely event of any faults being discovered, these must be reported within forty-eight hours. If the goods are returned and it is agreed that the fault lies with the seller, a replacement will be sent and any costs incurred will be refunded to the purchaser.

EXCHANGE

Should a customer decide that he/she would like to exchange an image purchased for another in our collection of the same value, this is possible on the condition that the image originally supplied is returned in pristine condition within seven days and the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of packaging and postage of the replacement photograph.
